we do our best to give customers guidance over the phone but we cannot quote exact rubbish collection prices until we see the job. Once at your premises, your truck team will provide you with a precise estimate (with no obligations attached) for the rubbish collection.

Rates Based on Amounts Cleared

our rates reflect the amount of rubbish collected. In most cases, this is based on VOLUME (i.e. how much of the truck's container is filled) but collections comprising entirely heavy materials (e.g. soil, builders' rubble, tiles) will be charged at WEIGHT rates regardless of volume. For rubbish collections containing a mix of general and heavy rubbish, a weight supplement may be added to reflect the additional disposal costs. Discounts are available for Account Customers, very large jobs, and also certain types of collections involving lower than normal labor or disposal costs.

How To Pay

we ask for payment at the time of collection. We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept schedules provided they are accompanied with an appropriate guarantee card. Any business customers who would wish to open an account should contact our Customer Services on
